The coaching staff just wanted to say how proud we were of the gold group’s & SJAC’s efforts this past weekend at Winterfest at University of Maryland. We will have these results up on our website to show the quality of the gold swimmers from this past weekend. After looking over the results from this past weekend, it looks like every gold swimmer accomplished a personal best, some several, along with making qualifying times for Y States. This is a reflection of their hard work in practice leading up to this meet.
